After you place your order, you should expect a service person to be at your home to install the system a few days after you order the system. After the Digis employee has found that the internet service will work in your home it will take about 2-3 hours for the Digis employee to finish the installation. Even if you want to, you cannot install the equipment on your own.

Before someone gets to your home to install this system, it is important to understand if you have the proper computer equipment. To be able to use the Digis internet broadband services you will want to make sure that you have a Pentium 233mhz or higher, Windows 98 or higher, 64MB RAM or higher and 100MB free hard drive space.

Digis offers two plans to customers. The standard plan runs up to 2Mbps and the ultra-high-speed plan will run up to 7Mbps. The speed of the internet cannot be guaranteed by Digis and will depend on the distance from your antenna to the access point, network load and server activity.
